1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation availability depends on the order status and timing:

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be submitted for cancellation within 48 hours after the order is placed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, or if more than 48 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, the order may be handled through the Return and Exchange Policy after delivery.

Each cancellation request is reviewed based on the current processing status.

3. Review and Confirmation

After receiving a cancellation request, we will review the order status.

4. Refund Handling

When a cancellation is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
Depending on the card issuer or financial institution, the refunded amount typically appears within 3–7 business days after processing.


5. Limitations

  • Cancellation requests submitted after shipment may not be approved.

  • Delays caused by payment processors or banking systems are outside the scope of this policy.
